Our cancellation and rescheduling policies help us provide consistent care to all patients. Clear expectations mean fewer missed opportunities for treatment.

Cancellation Notice

Advance notice requirements for canceling or rescheduling

24-Hour Notice Required

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without a fee when at least 24 hours' advance notice is provided.

Rescheduling

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled session fee. Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full scheduled session fee.

Payment Methods

A valid payment card must be kept on file for patients with commercial insurance and patients paying out of pocket, except where prohibited by payer requirements, including Medicaid, Medicare, and TRICARE.

Prescription Refills

If you do not attend your appointment, you will not get refills until you see your provider. This ensures proper monitoring and continuity of your treatment plan.
