Take an open time

Openings display in Central Time and adjust to yours as you browse. Pick a slot, add your details, and confirm the request.

Watch for your intake paperwork

Your confirmation and intake forms arrive by email straight away. Send clear images of the front and back of your insurance card before the visit so we can verify your benefits.

Join your visit

Every appointment is online. Find a quiet room, open the link from your confirmation, and we will meet you there over secure video.

Ask the Intake Team
The Initial Evaluation. It is built for new patients, and it is where we do the full first assessment, talk through your history, and agree on a plan before any ongoing care begins.
The Follow-Up Appointment. That is the shorter visit for reviewing how treatment is working, adjusting your plan, and keeping your care and prescriptions moving on schedule.
Book the Crisis / Emergency Appointment. It exists for patients whose symptoms can't wait for the next available routine visit. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. Call or text 988 any time for free, confidential crisis support.
Give us at least 24 hours’ notice and there is no fee. With less than 24 hours’ notice the fee is 50% of the scheduled session, and a missed appointment without notice is charged in full. Read the full appointment policy.
Coverage depends on your plan. Check your plan on our insurance page before you book, and our team will help verify your benefits ahead of your first visit.
