Position Details

What We're Looking For

We're expanding deliberately and hiring for clinical judgment rather than a checklist of credentials. Whether you're joining as a therapist or a nurse practitioner, these are the standards we hold to on both sides of the working relationship.

Independent Licensure

Therapists who are fully licensed to practice without supervision, and PMHNPs who meet the practice and prescribing requirements of their licensing state.

Clinical Judgment

Clinicians who can manage their own caseload, document accurately, and recognize when a patient needs consultation, referral, or a higher level of care.

Evidence-Based Practice

A commitment to current research, and treatment that adapts to the person in front of you rather than a fixed protocol.

Collaboration

Confidence working with a team, and with a patient's other providers, so care stays aligned across everyone involved.

Patient-Centered Care

Clinicians who listen first, involve patients in treatment decisions, and communicate with warmth and clarity.

Comfort With Telehealth

Confidence delivering care remotely, including timely documentation in our EHR and the technology that supports virtual visits.

Benefits

What We Offer

We handle the work around the work. Scheduling, billing, patient communication, marketing, and payer credentialing sit with our administrative team, so your time stays focused on clinical care rather than administration.

  • Scheduling, billing, patient communication, and day-to-day administrative work handled for you
  • Marketing and patient acquisition through an established practice with an existing patient population
  • Support with payer credentialing and provider onboarding
  • Professional development through ongoing training and structured onboarding
  • A collaborative clinical team with direct access to clinical leadership
  • Remote-first telehealth practice with flexible scheduling
